Frank the Cheetah

You may know him as the Dust Devil, but his real name is Franklin F. Warson. Frank was once the fastest shot in the west. He ruled over most of modern day California with his possee of criminals. He is best known for his heist of the Bank (the only one in northern California), in which he stole $80, ($26 Million in todays money). He was never caught by the law, and his current whereabouts are unknown.
